1. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned guest (including all minor children in my care), acknowledge that visiting and staying on a working farm involves inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to: contact with and grooming of farm animals (including horses); uneven terrain, natural hazards, and water bodies; 4WD vehicle use, farm machinery, and operations; farm tours; and exposure to weather and wildlife. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of any minors accompanying me.

2. Release of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepperina Farmstay & Bird Sanctuary of 4291 Halls Creek Road, Halls Creek, its owners, operators, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, personal injury, property damage, or legal costs arising out of my stay, my actions, or my failure to follow farm rules.

3. Acknowledgment of Insurance Status

I explicitly acknowledge that the property owners do not carry independent liability insurance for guest activities, and I accept accommodation entirely on these terms.

4. Compliance with Rules and Supervision of Minors

• I agree to follow all safety instructions, signs, and verbal directions provided by the farm owners or staff at all times.
• I accept full and sole responsibility for the constant supervision and safety of any children under my care during the entirety of our stay.
• I understand that unauthorized entry into restricted farm areas, animal pens, or interference with machinery is strictly prohibited.

5. Document Acknowledgment and Notice

Physical copies of this document are posted within the cabins and have also been transmitted to the guest via text message. By completing a confirmed booking through Bookings.com, accepting the legal waiver sent in connection with that reservation, proceeding with your farmstay booking, entering the property, or retaining this accommodation, the customer explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions
